What We Install

One system behind the business. Every leak covered.

Not software you log into and abandon. Not a marketing campaign. An operating system installed behind your business — capture, follow-up, reviews, booking, payments, and a monthly scoreboard — built once, wired together, and running at 2 a.m.

$350, credited toward any install. The audit tells you which pieces your business actually needs.

The leak map

Each piece of the system exists because a specific leak costs local businesses real money. Find your leak on the left; the fix is on the right.

The phone rings while you're on the tools

Missed-call text-back

The caller gets a text within moments — before they dial the next name on the list.

Estimates go out and die in silence

Quote follow-up pipeline

Every estimate gets a day 1, 3, 7, and 14 touch. Dead quotes come back to life here.

Five-star work ends without a review

Google review engine

Every finished job asks for the review, honestly, and routes it to Google.

Your Google profile is incomplete or invisible

Google Business Profile overhaul

Categories, service areas, photos, and posts set up so the profile works instead of just existing.

Inquiries come in faster than you can answer

AI follow-up

Responds to inquiries in your business's voice — not ours — and hands real conversations to you.

A customer can't request service without calling

Website with booking and quote forms

Request service in under 60 seconds, on a phone, at 9 p.m. — the test every site should pass.

The job's done but the invoice takes a week

Payments

Invoice and collect in the same text thread the job happened in.

You can't tell what's working

Monthly clarity report

One page: calls captured, reviews gained, quotes recovered, revenue attributed. If something can't be measured, the report says so.

How the pieces connect

Follow one customer through the installed system — no piece works alone, and nothing depends on you remembering to do it.

  1. A call comes in while you're under a sink

Missed-call text-back replies before the caller gives up. The conversation starts instead of ending.

  2. The inquiry lands in one pipeline

Call, text, or form — everything arrives in the same place, tagged and waiting, instead of scattered across voicemail and sticky notes.

  3. The estimate goes out — and keeps working

Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 follow-ups run automatically, in your voice, until the customer answers or asks to stop.

  4. The job wraps and the system asks for the review

The request goes out while the good work is fresh, routing happy customers straight to Google.

  5. The invoice rides the same thread

Payment happens in the conversation the customer already trusts — no separate portal, no chasing.

  6. The scoreboard lands on the first of the month

One page showing what was captured, gained, recovered, and attributed — in dollars, not dashboards.

Straight answers

Do I need all eight pieces?

Probably not on day one. The audit maps your actual leaks and recommends only the pieces your findings justify — that's why every engagement starts there. Plenty of businesses start with the Foundation three and stop.

Will the follow-up sound like a robot?

No. Before anything is built, we write your Brand Reference — how your business talks, what it promises, what it never says. Every text, email, and follow-up runs in that voice. A plumber's system sounds like that plumber, or it doesn't ship.

What platform is this built on?

The platform layer is GoHighLevel, in a dedicated account for your business, with AI doing the follow-up work inside it. The tools are named because you should understand what you own — but the product isn't the software. It's the installed, working system and the judgment behind it.

I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?

Not necessarily. If your site passes the 60-second test — a customer can request service in under a minute on a phone — the system can wire into it. If it can't, the audit will show you exactly where it's leaking and what the fix costs.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies sell attention — ads, content, campaigns — and bill monthly whether or not the phone gets answered. Elevata installs capture: the infrastructure that converts the attention you already have into booked work, proven on a one-page monthly report in dollars.

What happens if the system isn't earning its keep?

You'll see it before we tell you — the monthly clarity report shows calls captured, reviews gained, and quotes recovered, and if something can't be measured we say so on the same page. The scoreboard is the accountability, both directions.

Start with the audit, not the install.

$350, credited toward any install. It maps your leaks, prices the fix, and tells you straight whether one recovered job would pay for the system.
